Shipping & Storage Disclaimer

By purchasing a Poppi item, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms regarding the shipping and storage of the item(s):

1. Responsibility for Delivery
   It is the Buyer’s responsibility to either collect the purchased Poppi item or arrange for its delivery. If the Buyer chooses to have the item delivered, the Buyer shall bear the full responsibility for organizing and covering the cost of shipping, including any coordination with third-party shipping services. Poppi will assist with coordinating shipping details but will not assume responsibility for the cost or logistics of delivery.

2. Liability for Shipping
   Poppi shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of items in transit. The Buyer assumes all risk once the Poppi item(s) leave the premises. Buyers are advised to ensure their chosen courier service provides appropriate insurance coverage for shipping.

3. Packaging Instructions
   Customers located outside Cape Town and its outlying areas must ensure that they provide specific instructions to their courier service for additional packaging and to mark the item as “Fragile” to ensure safe delivery. Poppi will ensure that all items are securely packed, but we strongly recommend that additional care is taken during transit.

4. Storage Terms
   If the Buyer requires storage of Poppi items before delivery, they may be stored for a maximum period of three (3) months from the date of purchase. A storage fee will be applied at a rate of R350 to R750 per month, depending on the size and quantity of items being stored.

   Important Note: Poppi will not be liable for items left in storage beyond six (6) months. Items left in storage for 12 months or longer will be considered abandoned and will be eligible for resale without compensation to the original Buyer. Any loss resulting from this policy will be at the Buyer’s expense.

5. Our Commitment to Quality
   The team at Poppi will ensure that all items are securely packed and ready for collection or delivery. We take great care in preparing each piece, and our goal is to provide excellent service and assistance to all of our customers. We are always happy to help wherever possible to ensure that your Poppi item arrives safely and in perfect condition.
