How does delivery & collections work:

Shipping Disclaimer. Customers to acknowledge and agree that it is the Buyer’s responsibility to either pick up or arrange for the delivery of a purchased Poppi item. In the event that Buyer elects for delivery of a purchased Poppi item, Buyer shall be solely responsible for arranging and paying for the shipment of the Poppi item including; any assistance on the part of Poppi teams in coordinating shipping through third party shippers. Poppi, shall not be liable for any loss, damage or theft of Poppi items in transit. 

All customers outside of Cape Town & outlying areas to ensure instruction is given to their courier services for additional packaging & Fragile communication to ensure the best delivery.

The team at Poppi will ensure all Poppi items are firmly & securely packed & ready for collection or distribution by Buyer. At Poppi, our aim is to take great care in the pieces that leave the Poppi Shed & will always endeavour to assist our Poppi customers to the best of our ability.
